Refund policy
At Gutsy Pup, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you (and your pup) to be completely satisfied. If you need to return an item, we make it simple and hassle-free.
Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns of unopened and unused Gutsy Pup products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be:
✔ Unopened – The safety seal must remain intact.
✔ Unused – The product cannot have been opened or tampered with.
✔ In its original packaging – Must be returned in the condition it was received.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us – Email our customer support team at fetch@gutsypup.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship It Back – Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Receive Your Refund – After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products for safety reasons.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.
