2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories and international addresses).
  

4. Delayed or Lost Packages

• Once an order has been shipped, Gutsy Pup is not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
• If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact USPS first.

5. Address Errors & Reshipments

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
